Product Overview
The Spider Witch Tutu features three layers of fluffy tulle. The top layer is a sheer black tulle with an opaque glitter spider web design. Underneath is two layers of a dark purple tulle. The Spider Witch cape has one layer of the black spiderweb mesh on top of one layer of dark purple mesh and is finished with a velvet spider velcro closure. The cape has a "zig-zag" edge following the pattern of the spider web design. A cute and easy-to-wear costume for Halloween or year round dressup!
